Supreme Court will on Thursday October 26, 2023, deliver judgment on the cases filed by former Vice President and candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, seeking to nullify the election of President Bola Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress in the February 25, presidential election.
Also, the 7-man panel of the apex court will same day, pronounce on the appeal by Peter Obi of the Labour Party.
Both Atiku/PDP and Obi/LP had separately instituted appeals challenging the ruling of the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal (PEPT), delivered on September 6, 2023.
