Some men in military camouflage fully armed with rifles have at early hours of Saturday invaded the state government Secretariat Agodi Ibadan.
The gunmen fully armed with pump action rifles masked up their faces were repelled by the joint security operatives who were on ground to ensure law and order.
As at the time of filling this report, there was heavy presence of security operatives at the entrance of the Secretariat as sporadic gunshots rented the air.
The policemen on duty fired teargas cannisters into the air to scared some of the suspected agitators who were outside the Secretariat gate away from the premises while the one inside the main Secretariat engaged in gun duel with security operative inside.
As at the time of filling this report the exchange of gunshots is still ongoing, and motorists around Agodi Axis were seeing scampering for safety.
