Protest: President Tinubu’s Efforts Will Lead To Prosperity — APC Chieftain

IBADAN – Alhajii Fatai Ibikunle, a prominent Chieftain of All Progressives Congress (APC) in Oyo State has urged the youths in the country to reconsider their planned protest slated for August 1.

In a statement he personally signed and made available to newsmen on Friday, Ibikunle emphasised the need for patience and support for the administration of President Bola Tinubu during this crucial period.

The APC chieftain, who previously served as the Personal Assistant to the late Governor Lam Adesina, highlighted the challenges faced by the current administration and the efforts being made to address them.

He called on the youths to understand the complexities involved in steering the nation’s economy back on the path of progress, urging them to give the president time to implement his strategies.

“Though the nation’s economy was on the verge of collapse before Tinubu assumed office, he has, since his assumption of office, been trying to get the economy back on track,” Ibikunle stated.

He lauded the president’s dedication to exploring all possible avenues to revitalize the economy and bring about sustainable development.

His appeal to the youths reflected his belief in the resilience and potential of the nation’s economy under President Tinubu’s leadership.
