150 Delegates Set For NDC State Congress In Ondo

AKURE — NO fewer than 150 delegates have been penciled down to participate in the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) state Congress on Monday in Ondo State.
This was contained in a statement signed by Owolola Adebola, the State Publicity Secretary of the party and made available to newsmen on Sunday in Akure, the state capital.
According to the statement, the delegates were picked from the 18 local government areas of the state and the Congress will hold in a popular hotel at Alagbaka, Akure.
The statement reads: “The Ondo State Chapter of the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC), in line with directives from the party’s national headquarters, has scheduled its State Congress for Monday, 4th May, 2026.
“The Congress will take place at 12:00 noon. A total of 150 delegates from 18 Local Government Areas of the State are expected to attend the event.”
The party, therefore, appreciated “members and stakeholders for their commitment and cooperation, which ensured the successful and peaceful conduct of the Ward and Local Government Congresses.”
