IBADAN – THE Chairman of Oluyole Local Government, Hon. Akeem Olatunji, has described Chief Bisi Ilaka, the Ladilu of Oyo kingdom, as a refined and principled politician whose public life reflects discipline, intellect, and a deep commitment to service.
A statement by the chairman on Sunday to commemorate Chief Ilaka’s birthday anniversary, stated that the celebrant’s journey through politics, law, and public administration stands as a quiet but firm lesson in leadership anchored on values rather than noise.
He noted that Chief Ilaka, a United Kingdom-trained legal practitioner, has consistently brought legal depth and administrative clarity into every public role entrusted to him, earning respect across political divides.
