Court Adjourns Land Dispute Case Involving Maharaj Ji Till Sept 24

IBADAN – An Oyo State High Court sitting in Ibadan has adjourned the hearing of a land dispute case involving I.A. COM Nigeria Ltd and Satguru Maharaj Ji till September 24, 2025.
A case with suit no: I/786/2022 is before Justice Muraina Rasak at Court 19, Iyaganku, Ibadan.
Counsel to the plaintiff, barrister Johnson Fredrick, pleaded for more time to file a defence, noting that some of the documents needed from the Ministry of Lands, Housing and Urban Development to aide the defence are yet to be ready.
Also speaking at the court, Counsel to the defendant, barrister Adekunle Ilori, asked the judge to proceed as the court pleases, stressing that his client had served the claimant and the response to the later defence served on the mover of the suit will determine the next action to be talking as guided by the court.
The presiding judge, Justice Rasak, after listening to the claimant counsel and the first defendant counsel, therefore, “adjourned the case till 24th day of September, 2025 for further hearing.”
