JUST IN: Alleged Terrorism Charge: Nnamdi Kanu Knows Fate Nov. 20

ABUJA – JUSTICE James Omotosho of the Federal High Court sitting in Abuja, on Friday, fixed November 20, for judgment in the alleged terorism charge filed against Biafran agitator, Nnamdi Kanu, by the Federal Government.
The judge fixed the date following the Kanu’s refusal to open his defence in the trial.
Kanu had earlier filed a motion on Friday challenging his trial on the ground that the earlier Terrorism Prevention and Prohibition Act had been repealed and as such, there’s no valid charges against him.
