Oyo 2027: Group Knocks Primate Ayodele For Prophesying Against Adelabu’s Governorship Ambition

IBADAN – The group known as Oyo State Voluntary Campaigners (OSVC) has reacted to a statement credited to Primate Elijah Ayodele of the INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church Lagos.
Primate Ayodele known his political prophecies has been knocked for prophesying against the 2027 gubernatorial ambition of the current Minister for Power, Chief Adebayo Adelabu.
The group in a statement made available to journalists in Ibadan, the Capital City of Oyo State on Monday described Primate Ayodele as an attention seeker who specializes in gambling prophecies.
Recall that Ayodele in an interview with a media house, said, “In Oyo, there’s growing unrest. Muslims are preparing for a political showdown. The people of Oke-Ogun will challenge Ibadan’s dominance. Adebayo Adelabu cannot become governor.
But a statement signed by the chairman of the group, Dr. Paul Atiba said Primate Ayodele’s prophecies are always based on selfish interest.
According to the group, most prophecies of the cleric are always targeting people in the position of authorities so that he can tactically exploit them and have been well known by the politicians hence the need for people to ignore him.
He statement said, “Evidence have it that the cleric prophecies is always targeted towards politicians whose Adelabu is not exceptional.
“He had earlier prophesied that there were only three people that can challenge President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in 2027, Nigerians, particularly people of Oyo State should not take him serious.”
“Primate Ayodele Gospel based on corridor of blackmail. Sinners are at liberty to attend church service according to Scripture, but trouble will ensue when a supposedly sinner finds his way onto the pulpit. This analogy best describe the personality of Primate Ayodele.
“Primate Ayodele varied style of cash and carry political gospel cum prophecies, his records of false prophecies are all visible even to the blind.
“Here was a man who recently approached an aspirant to cough out almost 200 million to purchase items for special prayers in order to win election the bearer whose life is a function of divine grace decided to wait onto the Lord.
“However, if he continues with his blackmail which he called prophecy, he will be reported to the appropriate authorities as there are overwhelming evidences of his blackmail activities and same will be published. This will prevent unsuspecting members of the public to fall into his tricks” The group warned.
“Primate Ayodele saw this as an affront and decide to push gospel through corridor of blackmail and painted same as voice of God
“God is not man and definitely Primate Ayodele will never be his face in choosing his anointed for Oyo state.
“Minister Adebayo Adelabu Penkelemesi remains an anointed candidate in God’s eye and 1,000 blackmailers at vineyard or society at large will never be able to stop the divine prophecy awon wooli oaadi on Adelabu Penkelemesi.
“Come 2027. The voice of the people will definitely be the voice of God.”
“We believe the mandate God has giving to Adelabu in 2027 is sacrosanct, no prophecy can change it, with God on our side, we are good to go.
“Primate Ayodele is among the prophet of doom who never seized anything right or prophesized something good about Nigeria or those who are positions of authorities in Nigeria. People don’t really take the gambling prophecies of Ayodele serious because of his manipulation tendencies.”
The statement however urged people of Oyo State to desist from listening to prophecies of Primate Ayodele who has no meaningful contribution to the development of Oyo state.
