HARDSHIP PROTEST: Kano Relaxes Curfew

KANO – The Kano state government on Tuesday relaxed the dusk to dawn curfew slam on the state in the wake of widespread violence and looting that rocked mass action against perceived federal government handling of citizens affairs.
Officially, restrictions of movement in the city of over 20 million dwellers, and its environs is now 6: 00am to 6:00pm.
Addressing newsmen shortly after the security council meeting in Kano, the Kano Commissioner of police, Salma Dogo Garba said the security agents will be visible in strategic locations.
