The Nigeria Labour Congress and Trade Union Congress have agreed to relax the ongoing strike for at least one week.

The decision was taken at a virtual National Executive Council meeting involving the NLC and TUC leaderships on Tuesday.

Recall that the strike by both unions grounded economic and social activities across the country on Monday, prompting the Federal Government to wade into the negotiations for a new minimum wage.
