The National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) Senate Council, led by Dist. Sen. Ekundina Segun Elvis, the Senate President has called on Nigerians to be more patience with the Honorable Minister of power, Chief Adebayo Adelabu in his efforts towards achieving efficient and transformational of the sector.
The NANS Senate President in a press statement made available to journalists on Saturday also commended the Minister for his giant strides towards achieving seamless and interrupted power supply for all and sundry across the country.
Ekundayo through the statement rallied support for the Minister in order to have a successful tenure in office, he equally expressed unwavering support and solidarity with the Honourable Minister of Power and the entire ministry in their commendable efforts to revitalize the power sector.
He said, “We applaud the dedication of the Honorable Minister of Power and the entire staff of the ministry which is in line with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR’s vision for a renewed hope agenda for all Nigerians.”
“In recent days, we have closely followed the Honourable Minister’s interviews where he eloquently outlined the challenges facing the power sector and the proactive steps being taken to overcome them.”
