Olubadan: Sultan of Sokoto Sa’ad Abubakar Arrives Ibadan For Olakulehin’s Coronation

IBADAN – The Sultan of Sokoto, Alhaji Muhammadu Sa’ad Abubakar has joined other dignitaries with his arrival in Ibadan, the Oyo State capital that will be witnessing the coronation of 43rd Olubadan of Ibadanland.

Recall that the state Governor, Engr Seyi Makinde approved the nomination of Oba Owolabi Olakulehin as the 43rd Olubadan of Ibadanland and subsequently fixed July 12 (today) for the coronation and presentation of the Staff of Office.
The Sultan who arrived Ibadan metropolis with his entourage on Thursday was received at Ibadan Airport, Alakia by the Deputy Governor of Oyo State, Barrister Bayo Lawal.
