Oyo Speaker, Ogundoyin Celebrates Retired Clerk, Awe As Muraina Akinola Takes Over

IBADAN – The Speaker, Oyo State House of Assembly, Hon. Adebo Ogundoyin has congratulated the newly retired Clerk of the House, Pastor Mrs. Yetunde Oludara Awe on her retirement.
The Speaker gave the congratulatory message at a special valedictory sitting held in honor of the retired Clerk on Thursday.
The plenary also featured the swearing-in ceremony for the new Clerk, Mrs. Taiwo Adenike Muraina-Akinola who until then was the deputy clerk of the House.

Hon Ogundoyin described Pastor Mrs. Awe as a dedicated civil servant who bowed out after an illustrious 35-year career in the Oyo State Civil service.
The Speaker hailed her for exceptional leadership, professionalism and expertise which he said ensured the smooth operation of the House.
According to him, Mrs Awe’s tenure was marked by peace, harmony and productivity.
He wished her joy, peace, fulfilment, happiness, good health and opportunities as she begins another phase in her life time.
