Iseyin Abduction: Mobilize In Full Force To Ensure Release Of Remaining Three Kidnapped Farmers, Peller Charges Security Agents

***Condoles With Family Of The Slained Victim

Hon. Shina Peller has charged security agents to intensify efforts in release of the three remaining  abducted farmers kidnapped in a farm settlement.

Naijanewshub.com.ng reports that Hon. Shina Abiola Peller who is a member of the House of Representatives representing the Iseyin/ Itesiwaju/ Iwajowa/Kajola federal constituency, has charged the security agents in the state to intensify efforts in rescuing the three remaining farmers kidnapped by yet to be identified gunmen in his constituency.

Shina Peller in a statement signed by his media and Publicity Secretary Mr. Kola Popoola stressed that the security agents in the state need to rejig their strategies and as a matter of urgency rise up and rescue the remaining three kidnapped victims from the kidnappers den.

Hon. Shina Peller, also in the  statement which a copy was made  available to Naijanewshub.com.ng condoled with the family of the late, Adeyemi Michael one of the abductees who had been reportedly killed by the kidnappers.

The lawmaker according to the statement charged the security forces to mobilize in full force to ensure the perpetrators are brought to book and rescue those still in captivity.

Peller according to the statement, stated that, “It breaks my heart to learn that four farmers were abducted and one killed in the agricultural settlement area of Iseyin, Oyo State.

“This hits so close to home because Iseyin is my constituent and my hometown.

“I offer my sincere condolences to the family of Adeyemi Michael, one of those abducted, on the tragic death of their son.

“I call on the security forces to mobilize in full force to ensure the perpetrators of this heinous act are brought to book and the remaining three abductees are released alive to restore peace and orderliness in Iseyin”.

It could be recalled that abductors kidnapped four poultry farmer in a farm settlement located along Iseyin/Ipapo road on Saturday.
