VP Shettima Arrives In Ogun State For Nigeria Police CARSPO 2025 Conference

ABEOKUTA –Vice President Kashim Shettima has landed at the Gateway International Agro-Cargo Airport in Iperu-Ilishan, Ogun State, en route to Abeokuta where he will represent President Bola Ahmed Tinubu. GCFR, at the 5th Edition of the Nigeria Police Conference and Retreat for Senior Police Officers, “CARSPO 2025.”

The Vice President was received by Ogun State Governor Dapo Abiodun Inspector-General of Police Kayode Egbetokun, and other dignitaries.

The conference, themed “Improving Nigeria’s Internal Security and Economic Prosperity through Inclusive Policing,” focuses on strengthening security and fostering inclusive policing strategies in Nigeria.

Later today, the Vice President is expected to travel to Lagos for a tour of the SecureID Smartcard and Digital Solutions Facility as part of its 20th-anniversary celebrations.
