Accord Nat’l Chair, Ex-Oyo Speaker, Adelabu, Others Storm Iseyin As Shina Peller Flag-Off Senatorial Campaign

Accord National Chairman led other dignitaries to Iseyin town for Shina Peller Senatorial campaign flag off event.
Naijanewshub.com.ng reports that the people of Iseyin town on Wednesday played host to dignitaries across all spheres of lives as the lawmaker representing Iseyin/Itesiwaju/Kajola/
Speaking during the flag-off, Peller, Accord candidate in Oyo North Senatorial District commended the good people of Oke Ogun for their support.
He said, “I thank you all for your support and love, you’re the people that voted for me when I needed votes for my House of Representatives in the year 2019.
“Shina Peller in his words further said, “It is a new dawn in our senatorial district, I thank you for believing in me, I asked for your votes and you surprised me in 2019 elections by voting for me, then I was in another party, now I’m going for the senate under Accord I need your support again.”
“We left APC and God gave us Accord. When Accord came, we saw that it is party that understand the interest of the people. They understand the interest of the youths, women and the less privileged in our society. The logo of our party is your thumb. Please vote for me.
“I’m yielding to the call of my people from Oke-Ogun and I have no option than to opt for Oyo North Senatorial District seat. I’m in the race in order to lead the liberation mission for the people of Oke-Ogun. “I will be leading a libration mission for the whole Oyo North Senatorial District, where we want the principle of equity, justice to be upheld.”
“I represent a constituency that has four local government areas. My local government, Iseyin has been the dominating local government and during my time I want the minority to have a say and by so doing, I said I will not ask for second term, so that other local governments can have their turn and that is why I running for Senate seat under Accord.
While addressing the mammoth crowd, the National Chairman of Accord, Hon. Muhammed Lawal Nalado said, “The crowd I see here today is a testimony that Accord has gained ground in Oyo state, we are coming back here to celebrate the victory of all our candidates.
Oyo state remains a strong pillar of Accord, Oyo state has continued to make us proud and I’m so happy to see yellow caps filled everywhere, yellow means peace, yellow is for youths, yellow is for women and good things and by the grace of God, Shina Peller is going to win this Oyo North Senatorial District, we are to seek for your supports and votes and I believed you are not going to disappoint us.” Nalado said.
The state gubernatorial candidate of the party, Chief Adebayo Adelabu in his speech called on the people of Oke Ogun to cast their votes for all the Accord candidates in the state. Stressing that Accord is a people’s oriented party.
Dignitaries at the flag off event are the state chairman of the party, Prince Kolade Ojo, Hon. Bukola Ajaja, the National legal adviser Barrister Maxwell Ngbudem, the state secretary Olayinka Dairo, state youth leader Ayodele Oyajide, Prof. Abiodun Ayodele running mate for, Hon. Shola Ogunbode, Hon. Robert Atilola Babatunde contesting for Saki East, West and Atisbo federal constituency.
Also at the event are the Chairman of Accord in Iseyin, Alhaji Rasaki Adeoti, Mr. Sikiru Awoleye, Owotutu Sodiq, Hon.
